Through the classification and preparation of a report for the classification of the warehouse for storage of hazardous chemical substances and mixtures of “Valerus – Valery Rusinov” ET, the requirements are met for the Law for Protection of the Environment and the Regulation for preventing major accidents with hazardous substances and limiting their consequences. The report includes the necessary calculations to prove that the warehouse should not be classified as an establishment/facility of low or high risk potential, at its current project capacity.
