Training: "Storage, labelling and packaging of chemical substances and mixtures. Prevention of major accidents involving dangerous substances and limitation of their consequences"

The companies Eco Solutions and Fortis Visio are organising a training on “Storage, labelling and packaging of chemical substances and mixtures. Prevention of major accidents involving dangerous substances and limitation of their consequences.” The training will be held on:20.09.2018 in Sofia and on 27.09.2018 in Varna. The aim of the training is to familiarise participants with the new and existing regulatory requirements and the resulting obligations related to the safe storage of chemical substances and mixtures and their lawful labelling and packaging, and to provide practical guidance on the specific application of the legislation in their day-to-day work. ​​​The training will be held with a small group of participants to allow for their active involvement, and will include a theoretical lecture supported by practical examples and discussion. It is suitable for any manufacturer, importer, downstream user or distributor placing substances or mixtures on the market, as well as for: – persons responsible for the safe storage of chemical substances and mixtures; those authorised to access storage facilities for chemical substances and mixtures, as well as those working with chemical substances and mixtures; ​- the persons referred to in Art. 4, item 10 of the Ordinance on the procedure and manner of storage of hazardous chemical substances and mixtures; – the persons referred to in Art. 3, para. 1 of the Ordinance on the prevention of major accidents involving dangerous substances and limitation of their consequences, in connection with the requirements of Art. 3, para. 2, item 5; – the persons referred to in Art. 13, item 3 of Ordinance No. 13 on the protection of workers from risks related to exposure to chemical agents at work.
